Drivers Registration Form  

This form is to be completed by anyone who is over the age of 18 years old, with a valid South African drivers license for the vehicle which you will be driving.

Acceptable vehicles include trucks, motor bikes (125cc and above) and motor cars.

You will be collecting and delivering groceries in and around your area, you will be paid R12.00 (ten rand) for each successful delivery you make.
